Our stylists wear protective masks while providing hair services and wearing a face mask is strongly encouraged for clients. There are complimentary face masks available at the front desk. We wash clients capes daily. Common areas and fixtures are cleaned regularly, and styling chairs and wash bowls are disinfected between each client. Please feel free to wash your hands as often as you like during your visit.

When is the salon Open?

We are available Tuesday-Friday 9 am -6pm; Saturday 7am-4pm

Is this an appointment only Salon?

No, we welcome walk ins, but honor appointments times so they have first priority.  We have incredible stylist however, appointments are encouraged to ensure the right stylists is available to meet your needs.

How can I make an appointment?

The easiest way is to book online via the website, which will allow you 24/7 access to your account to view, reschedule, and cancel appointments as long as the appointment is outside of the 48 hour time frame.

You may also feel free to call the salon (470) 294-1267 during business hours and we will gladly schedule your appointment.

Making an appointment whether online or calling the salon will require a credit card on file to secure the appointment.  We will never charge this card without your permission, unless canceling an appointment according to our Cancellation policy.

I am new to the salon and need to book online, how do I know who to select as my service provider?

All of our stylist are well versed in hair styling and are very diverse with their services. However, the online booking system is designed to populate the best service provider available to meet your needs but, here is quick suggestion guide:

I want a break from my hair and want braids for peace of mind! Looking for braid styling such as crochet, lemonade, knotless, box braids, tribal, ect. Book with (Yaya) Kiara.

ALL hair textures that are ready for Color, Highlights, Balayage, etc. Book with Jamala.

I need a precision cut or Pixie cut Book with Yolanda. I have long hair and need a fun shape Book with Jamala or Yolanda. Both stylist Jamala and Yolanda love all types of Bobs. We cut all hair textures and types.

She’s ready for a quick change up..I need Hair Extensions - Microlinks, Sew In, Quick Weave, etc. Book with Yolanda

Do you have a cancellation policy?

To protect the time of our stylist we do have a cancellation policy.  We enjoy making your hair fabulous and hope to see you at your scheduled appointment. We honor your appointment times by reserving that time for you. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances occur in life. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice be given. Rescheduling appointments within the 48 hour time frame is treated as a cancellation because it does not allow us time to re-book open appointment times.

We charge $25 for cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours. Any same day cancellations or rescheduling is subject to a $35 fee.  This cancellation/missed appointment policy applies to appointments made within 48 hours of the appointment time.

As a courtesy, we will text/email/call to confirm your service 48 hours prior to your appointment.  However, if we are unable to reach you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. If you are running late, please let us know; we will try to accommodate you whenever possible.

I missed an appointment and got charged a cancellation/missed appointment fee can I still reschedule?

Absolutely!  The cancellation policy is again to protect the stylist of missed time and opportunities.  But we value all of our clients and hope you will reschedule with us.
